For the past few months, the PML-N has adopted a policy of not speaking a word against the Chaudhrys of Gujarat, who are important allies of the federal and PTI government in Punjab.

In the current situation, PML-N criticizes the role of PTI senior leader Jahangir Khan Tareen and Federal Minister Khusro Bakhtiar in the Chinese crisis, but the PML-N has taken on the part of Pervez Elahi's son, Chaudhry Monsallah. Nothing has been said about the name of the Sugar Crisis Inquiry report.

Saad Rafiq, considered to be a close ally of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif, met Pervaiz Elahi and emphasized on the need to move the old relationship further by reminding them of the close and strong family ties between them.

Saad Rafiq said that both families had close and strong ties to their ancestors and we need to move on with these old family ties.

On the other hand, sources claimed that on the directives of the PML-N, Saad Rafique met with his brother, Pervaiz Elahi, to create strong ties between the two parties.

A source said the meeting is of special importance as relations with Jahangir Tareen's Prime Minister Imran Khan have become strained.

Pervaiz Elahi told Khawaja Brothers that it was time to put all political parties aside for a time and fight against the dreaded outbreak of the Corona virus.

“Humanity wants all of us as politicians to unite and fight against the Corona virus epidemic as a nation,” said Pervaiz Elahi.

The Khwaja Brothers also inquired about the health of former Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and expressed good wishes for the senior leader of the PML-Q.
